Recruitment process

1. Apply

We aim to review applications within 48 hours. If selected, we will reach out shortly after.

2. Recruiter stage

This video call covers your background, motivation, and key skills. The recruiter will also discuss logistics like hours, location, and salary.

3. Technical, Cultural, and Lead stage

The technical call(s) tests your role-specific skills and may include a case study stage, depending on the role. The cultural-add call(s) explores how you contribute to the team through behavioral questions. The lead (and final) call involves a manager or C-level executive, covering any final details not addressed earlier in the process. Please note that the amount of interviews varies depending on position type and team. The recruiter will let you know how many interviews to expect.

4. Decision

We aim to complete the process within 4 weeks, though it may take longer due to business demands. Once finalized, we'll share the outcome and provide feedback. If it's a match, you'll receive an offer. If not, we’ll provide constructive feedback for future opportunities.
